This notice covers the private, non-commercial closed beta.
Information we use
The app stores your username, email address, authentication records, recipes and images, household membership, invitations, and meal plans. Basic technical logs may record a request identifier and stable error event, but are designed not to contain recipe text, email addresses, or credentials.
Why and where it is used
The information is used only to operate, secure, back up, and improve this beta. The planned hosting providers are a self-managed DigitalOcean server for the application, Supabase for accounts and application data, Resend for transactional email, and AWS S3 for encrypted backups.
Retention and sharing
Data is kept while you participate in the beta and as needed in short-lived backups. It is not sold or used for advertising. Household members can see recipes and plans shared through the household features described in the app.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, export, correct, or delete your account data. Until an in-app process is built, reply to the invitation email or contact the beta owner through the same address used for your invitation. We will verify the request before changing or releasing account data.
